When families and businesses hire a Santa near you in Miami, they’re trusting someone to show up at the right door, at the right time, looking every bit the part. For 15 years, that’s been our job.
📞 Call (786) 753-9060 with your date and we’ll match the right Santa to your event.
Who Runs Hire Santa Miami
Hire Santa Miami is run by Sean Patrick, who has been booking professional Santas across South Florida for 15 years. In that time we’ve handled 1,290 events for 310 customers, from living-room visits with a toddler on Santa’s knee to hotel ballrooms, school auditoriums and shopping center photo sets. When you call, you’re talking to the person who books your Santa, not a call center or a directory.
What We Do
We send fully costumed, professional Santas to homes, offices, schools, churches, hotels, restaurants and retail events throughout Miami-Dade County. Every booking starts with a conversation about your event: who’s coming, how long you need Santa, and what you want the visit to feel like. You get a clear quote before anything is confirmed.
We’re a service-area business, so there’s no storefront to visit. Santa comes to you, anywhere from Aventura to Homestead.
Real-Bearded and Traditional Santas
We offer two looks. Our real-bearded Santas have natural white beards and premium velvet suits, and they’re the best choice for close-up photos and families who want every detail right. Our traditional Santas wear the same classic full suit at a lower rate, which is a great fit for school parties, busy events and tighter budgets. We’ll always tell you which one you’re booking. Mrs. Claus and elves can be added to either.
How We Match a Santa to Your Event
A toddler’s first Santa visit needs a different energy than a Brickell office party or a mall photo line. We look at your event type, your guests, your schedule and your venue, then pick the Santa who fits. If our real-bearded Santas are booked on your date, we’ll say so up front and give you options. We never swap in a different look without telling you.
Insured and Venue-Ready
We carry liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance (COI) to your hotel, venue, HOA or school on request. Just ask when you book so we can get it to your event coordinator in time.
What to Expect on the Day
Santa arrives on time and in character. Have someone ready to meet him, a sturdy chair without arms, and a little open space for photos. If you’re handing out gifts, label them with each child’s name and leave them by the door. Santa takes care of the rest, and stays for the full time you booked.
