Corporate Santa Photo Shoots: Holiday Content for Your Brand

Holiday cards, email headers, and a month of social posts are a lot to ask of a twenty-minute lobby visit. Brands that want a professional Santa for Miami brand photos book a half day or a full day, a photographer they already trust, and a set that won’t look like a break room.

Call (786) 753-9060 with the hours, the studio or office, and whether your camera crew is already hired.

What Corporate Holiday Content Actually Needs

Still frames for cards. A few vertical clips for the feed. A team photo that can survive being cropped. Maybe a product in the frame if you sell one. None of that happens while Santa is also working a cocktail line. Separate the party from the shoot. If you still need the party, book it as a corporate party Santa on another hour. This page is the content day.

A Santa photos service booking is the right file when the camera is why he’s there.

The Chair, the Backdrop, and a Half Day Versus a Full Day

Holiday card styling table with blank envelopes, pine, ornaments, and a red hat in Miami window light

We bring a red-upholstered seat with reindeer armrests when the pictures have to look like a finished holiday set. That chair is part of our photo day, not a keyword we’re trying to rank. If you need the seat without our Santa, our sister shop handles the chair delivery on its own clock. On a Hire Santa Miami content day, Santa and the set arrive together.

A half day covers a tight shot list: hero portraits, a few group frames, B-roll of hands and gifts. A full day covers wardrobe changes, multiple backdrops, and the inevitable late executive. Tell us which. Don’t say “quick” and then send twelve looks.

Working With Your Photographer or Videographer

They own the gear. Santa takes marks. Introduce them. Give a call time. Build in water and a quiet corner off-set. Strobes in a bright Miami room need thought; noon glass will silhouette a beard. Morning is kinder. A real-bearded Santa costs more than a designer-beard Santa and holds the close-ups your card will crop into. A designer-beard Santa in a full suit still reads as Christmas in a wider team frame. We won’t call that beard real.

If the brand wants talking-head video with Santa, say so. That’s more hours in character, not a stills block with a surprise interview.

Cards, Email, Social, and Client Gifts

One set can feed all four if you shoot with crops in mind. Leave space at the top for a logo you’ll add later — we won’t put a logo in the photo. Keep props generic: pine, ribbon, a blank envelope. Client gifts in the frame should be yours, already made. Santa doesn’t assemble boxes between takes.

Legal and HR sometimes want to approve images of staff. Build that into the day, not into a fight after wrap.

Office Versus Rented Studio

An office is free and full of outlets and also full of clutter. A studio is clean and costs you a separate invoice. Either works if someone owns the mess. Brickell glass and a Wynwood warehouse don’t light the same. Walk the room the day before if you can. See holiday photo shoot ideas for real estate offices if your brand is a brokerage; the shot list is different, the chair logic is the same.

What To Send With the Hold

Hours, address, photographer cell, shot list in actual setups, beard, whether children of staff will appear, wardrobe notes if you have them. If kids might be in frame, say so. If this is adults only, say so. Put Santa on the building list. Wardrobe should be decided before call time. A red sweater versus a blazer is a five-minute argument you shouldn’t have while strobes are warming up. If executives will cycle through, give them a holding area that isn’t the set.

We don’t do retouching. We don’t deliver a brand kit. We deliver a performer in character and a set that photographs. Your designer owns the rest. Kendall offices and Beach hotels don’t share a load-in. Write the dock. A content day that starts late because nobody warned security is a content day you’ll pay for again in reshoots, and we’ll still end on the clock we quoted.

Locking a Content Day in October

December Saturdays are already gone for a lot of real-bearded dates. Content days can be weekdays. That’s an advantage. Book the weekday. Save the Saturday for the party if you still want one. Call with the hours. We quote. You confirm. Someone meets Santa at the set. He sits. He takes direction. He leaves. Your designer gets files that don’t look like a phone in a hallway. A Tuesday in a Wynwood studio will beat a rushed Saturday in a conference room you haven’t cleared.

We’re happy to talk through the date, the look, and the window so you can book with a clear plan.

When the shot list is real, Call (786) 753-9060. Have the Miami studio or office, the half day or full day, and the beard. We’ll quote the content day, chair included when it’s part of our set. If you have a look you like but no hours yet, we’re happy to wait until the window is real. Bring the hours. Bring the address. Bring the photographer’s name too, now.
