These Terms of Service apply to your use of hiresantamiami.com and to any Santa appearance booked with Hire Santa Miami (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website or booking a visit, you agree to these terms. Your written quote or booking confirmation may include additional terms, and if it conflicts with this page, the quote or confirmation controls.
Website Use
The content on this website, including text, photos and graphics, belongs to Hire Santa Miami or is used with permission. You may view it for personal use but may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. Some images on this site are illustrations of holiday settings and are not photos of specific events.
Quotes and Bookings
Prices vary by date, length of visit, type of Santa, location and add-ons. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you in writing, by text or email. Please review your confirmation for the date, time, address and services, and tell us right away if anything is wrong.
Payments, Deposits and Cancellations
Payment amounts, any deposit, due dates, and cancellation or rescheduling terms are listed on your quote or booking confirmation. Please read them before confirming your booking.
Your Responsibilities
- Give us accurate event details, including the correct address, arrival instructions and any building, gate or venue rules.
- Have an adult available to meet Santa on arrival and remain responsible for children during the visit.
- Provide a safe setting, including a sturdy chair and a clear area for photos.
- Label any gifts you want Santa to hand out.
- Let us know about any changes as early as possible.
Arrival Times and Delays
We plan every visit around the arrival window on your confirmation. Traffic, weather and other conditions outside our control can cause delays. If we’re running late, we’ll contact you. If Santa is delayed at the start because the venue, contact person or access is not ready, the visit still ends at the booked time unless we agree otherwise.
Performer Substitution
If an assigned performer becomes unavailable, we may send a comparable Santa of the same type you booked. If we can’t provide the type you booked, we’ll tell you before the event and discuss your options.
Photos and Video
You’re welcome to take photos and videos of Santa at your event for personal use. We may take photos at events only with the host’s permission, and we will not post photos of children online without a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
Conduct and Safety
Our performers may end a visit early, without a refund, if they face unsafe conditions, harassment or inappropriate behavior.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Hire Santa Miami is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in effect on the day you book apply to your booking.
